Here are our basic steps of service:

Access behind the dryer, clean under it, around it, and behind the washer (if accessible).
Using specialized tools, clean out the connection and vent pipe from the dryer to the exterior vent.
The connection from the dryer to the wall is checked for length, structure and stability removing any excess or damaged portion.
Water lines and hoses to the dryer and washer (if accessible) are checked for leaks and proper functionality.
As the dyer is put back in place we make sure all hoses are not being crushed or kinked and check the dryer is leveled with proper airflow and heat.
